Employee Interview with Gaby Cabral
We had the chance to sit down with one of our amazing Customer Service Representatives here at Rovner & Company, LLC, Gabriela Cabral. Gaby has a lot of insurance industry experience and we enjoyed learning about her tips for success!
How did you get started in the insurance industry? What kind of licenses do you hold?
I started working in the insurance business in September 1998. I’ve always enjoyed dealing with insurance so I’ve stayed in it.
How long have you been with Rovner & Company?
I have been with Rovner & Company since December 2016.
What do you enjoy most about being at Rovner & Company?
What I enjoy most is that we work as a team. Everybody is focused on helping our customers. My best interest is to give our clients the security that they have the best coverage with an affordable rate.
Do you have any tips for how to best communicate with prospects and clients?
Communication is at the heart of human interaction and it can make or break a business. Being able to communicate effectively with customers can lead to increased sales, repeat business, and referrals.
What are your goals for yourself at Rovner & Company?
I’d love to have increased my skill level enough so that I’ll be able to help customers as much as I can!
