Marc Rovner brings broad & diverse experience to his work. In addition to having a BS in Accounting, Marc gained vast experience working as a Real Estate Consultant at Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal.
Marc has been in the Insurance Industry since 2002 & has special expertise helping solve complex insurance issues. Having underwritten more than 40,000 policies, he is uniquely qualified & known as THE INSURANCE PROBLEM SOLVER.
Marc is credited with Rovner & Company, LLC's explosive growth.
Yitz Motechin received his bachelors in economics from Yeshiva University and his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He then began a distinguished career by joining Bankers Trust, working primarily with the private banking group. Yitz then joined IDT and served as a director of call center operations.
While with IDT, he managed over 650 employees in two countries. Yitz's clients have found that his legal training, managment experience, and financial services acumen are of great value in ensuring that their insurance needs are properly met.
Diana comes to us as a highly experienced administrative assistant and front desk receptionist.

When not advancing the marketing department at Rovner & Company, Devorah is a student at FIU pursuing a degree in medicine where she can maximize her love for helping people in medical need.
Patrick was raised in the insurance business, spending years working in his family's Insurance Brokerage business in West Virginia. He has recently relocated to Miami and has joined Rovner & Company in the Sales division. He is continuing to represent his former clients from West Virginia, as well as his new clients from Florida.
Jose assists Marc in managing renewals & Customer Service. Prior to joining Rovner & Company, he worked for Metlife Dental for 3 years, helping with claims, changes and adjustments, answering questions about policies and updating accounts. He has been in customer service since 2008, helping customers with many different type of requests.
I've built a diverse career in customer service, teaching, account management, and digital marketing. I started in customer service, then moved into teaching, where I developed communication and organizational skills. As a Junior Account Manager and Social Media Marketer, I gained expertise in CRM tools and client communication. More recently, I've worked as a Virtual Assistant and Community Manager, focusing on digital content creation. Currently, as an SDR at TheRevCollective, I support personalized outreach and marketing efforts.
